One of the benefits of an active and engaged Neighborhood Association is the ability to preview and influence plans for development and land use that will have an impact on our Neighborhood. In partnership with Clark County leadership and management, our goal is to gather information of that nature and share it with you. That ensures that both independently and collectively, we're able to make sure our voices are heard and our interests considered.
As part of that partnership with the county we regularly recieve updates on proposed and active projects that are impactful to our neighborhood. Please check this section regularly for related details regarding those planned and active land use projects.
