Land Use Notices

Clark County emails notification related to development in the neighborhood. Residents may or may not receive separate notification, depending on the project, they are difficult to find on the county's website, and they can be many pages of very detailed information. For that reason, we host them all on this page as they were received from the county. We may change the document title to add clarity.

How do we use Land Use Notices?

A Land Use Notice is communication from Clark County about an upcoming or an in-process neighborhood project. The project itself could be many different things. It could be a large housing development or a small park. It could greatly benefit your family and improve your quality of life...or it could benefit someone else at great cost to you. This is precisely why the Land Use Process exists, so residents can provide feedback to the county and help to build the community that is best for all of us.

This video about the Land Use Process provides helpful information about the types of projects covered, when and how residents can share their input, and best practices to ensure you are heard.
