Clark Regional Wastewater District conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey from May 1-June 30, 2025

Clark Regional Wastewater District will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey from May 1-June 30, 2025.  The survey will target approximately 38,000 residential customers throughout our entire service area.

They are reaching out to all neighborhood associations in our area to request support in promoting the survey within our neighborhood.

As they continue striving to improve their services, feedback from community members is highly valued. This survey will help them better understand customer experiences and identify areas where they can improve their services.

The online survey is brief, confidential and should take no more than five minutes to complete.
